1. All items are handpainted, decorated and glazed. Some minor variation in colour and pattern may occur.

2. Payment. We accept payment for online orders by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch). Cards are debited when the order is first processed. If you prefer, you can pay by cheque, but the goods will not be sent until the cheque has been cleared; often 10 working days. Cheques to be made payable to "Artful Parlour" and sent to

3. Delivery. If the goods are in stock, then they will be despatched promptly. If an alternative colour, shape or pattern is wanted, then expected delivery times will be discussed.

4. Postage & Packing. These charges are variable according to the item(s) to be sent. A coaster may be sent in a padded envelope, but larger goods require sturdy packing. Goods to the value of under £26 will be sent recorded/signed for. It is recommended that items above this value are insured as we will not be held responsible for postal delays, damage in post, or goods not arriving. We obtain proof of posting for all parcels and packets and will assist in any claims you may wish to make against the Carrier for shortfalls in their service to you. We regret that we can only deliver to UK addresses, and delivery costs to certain postcodes, Highlands and Islands are usually higher.

5. Complaints. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then please let us know. If we are at fault we will refund or replace according to your wishes. In this event email or telephone and we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours to sort it out.

6. Privacy. We will hold your information for the purposes of administering your account. We will not share this information with any third party.
